Our Vision

TBCCC was created to address the gap in care for many cleft patients.  We are a non-profit team, and one of the only cleft teams that treats patients from birth well into adulthood (25+). We believe that making a difference lasts a lifetime.

Our Services

Tampa Bay Cleft and Craniofacial Center team of highly-trained specialists provides a wide range of services that are uniquely tailored to your child and his/her specific craniofacial condition.

Our Care

We accept most major medical insurance plans and no cleft patient will be denied care because of lack of insurance or ability to pay.

Tampa Bay Cleft and Craniofacial Center

Treating birth defects involving cleft lip, cleft palate, and other craniofacial anomalies requires the expertise of specialists from a variety of medical fields. Depending upon the child’s specific needs, his or her care team may include specialists from surgery, orthodontics,  pediatric medicine, dentistry, audiology, and speech and language pathology, neurosurgery —just to name a few.  This type of multidisciplinary approach is recommended by the American Cleft Palate Association (ACPA) as the gold standard for treating patients with various cleft and craniofacial conditions.
